No cookies, no tracking

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking services. Fonts and images are loaded from our own server.

Server and logs

The website runs on our own server in DigitalOcean’s data centre in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. For every request the server stores technical data: IP address, time, requested address, referring page and browser identifier. We need this data to run the website securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and delete it after 14 days.

To protect against attacks, the logs are analysed automatically with the CrowdSec software. Addresses that attack the server are blocked and reported to the CrowdSec network (CrowdSec SAS, France).

Embedded videos

Some posts contain videos from Vimeo or YouTube. When you open such a page, your browser connects to these services and sends them, among other things, your IP address. Their privacy policies apply: Vimeo, YouTube.

E-mail and newsletter

If you write to us or sign up for the newsletter, we use your details only to reply to you or to send you the newsletter. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.

Editors

Members who edit the website log in via git.filmkoopwien.at. This sets a login cookie; we store the username, e-mail address and the changes made.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing of your data, to data portability and to object. Write to us at info@filmkoopwien.at. You can lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority.
